He is an adorable poodle-maltese mix. Rulo is originally from Peru and went to Montreal and is arriving in Vancouver on August 13th. He is medium energy, knows how to walk on a leash and is house trained. He would thrive in a house with another dog, he loves his walks and loves cuddles and company.
