DUTTON

Dutton was scheduled to be euthanized in a California kill shelter after being there for a few months with no interest. I was asked to help him and after hearing about what a good boy he was there was no way to let him be euthanized. The rescue world came together and pulled him on the day he was to die.

NAME: Dutton

GENDER: Male / Neutered

AGE: 2 years

BREED: German Shepard

WEIGHT: 45lbs

HOUSE BROKEN: Yes

BEHAVIOUR NOTES: Loves belly rubs. He is very attentive and affectionate. No barking. He really wants to please his foster mum. He loves attention and learns very quickly. He is curious and lots of energy.

CATS: Untested but he shows no sign of aggression and would be expected to be fine with the correct introductions.

CHILDREN: Dutton is an energetic dog so small children might get knocked over so probably better with older (bigger) children

LEASH: Walks well on leash

Adoption wishes:

Dutton LOVES water! So a family with access to water would be amazing but he is also really happy with a cheap kiddy plastic pool.

An active family that loves to hike and go on adventures would be amazing. A fenced back yard of course would be expected where he can do his zoomies.

Do you feel you fill the requirements for our amazing unloving DUTTON?

Please see our Adoption page to apply.

The application form is quite detailed but necessary to ensure we find the right forever-home for each dog.
